Tighten Toilet To Floor

Check the flange bolt at each side of the toilet using a pair of pliers or a small wrench. Just make sure the flange is flush tight with the top of the floor otherwise your toilet will wobble. 16 install bolt caps over the closet bolts. Gently lay the toilet on its side or back and clean.
